In the Pinks, a R/S is almost always a sign that the dilution machine is running out of shares, and the only recourse for the company,( which is simply using their ticker to print money) is to R/S (without decreasing the A/S) and start all over. The convertible debt holders need to be paid! And so the price per share, which temporarily increases due to the R/S, starts dropping all over again. This is what BRTXQ TRIED to do but was denied, thus BK. In this manner, the shares you buy become virtually worthless. (Ex: Buy 1,000,000 shares @ .001, R/S 1000/1, end up with 1,000 shares @ $1, which continues to dilute, until you have 1,000 shares @ .0001 = $.10)

HOWEVER... when a R/S is done in order to uplist (or even just to attract deeper pockets), good things usually happen. GM*GI is a good, recent example! From the time they announced R/S almost 5 months ago, their stock price began to RISE, and has gone up almost 8X since they did so. If you look at their chart over the last 6 months, you'll see EXACTLY when they announced their upcoming R/S, and when it actually happened, their steadily rising share price was completely unaffected. Where the R/S symbol is inserted into a chart, their is almost always a big drop, (or jump up if in order to get on a major exchange) but theirs simply continued on its path upward with no noticeable jump either way.

A R/S by BRTXQ to bring itself to the NASDAQ, where there are MUCH DEEPER POCKETS, would most assuredly result in an increase in value, probably many times over.

Same with any increase in A/S used to SATISFY ALL DEBT. Usually, an increase in A/S is to satisfy convertible debt holders at an almost criminal discount to the share price, and is VERY diluting to the share price (it drops lots!), but in this case, where a specific, limited number of shares would be used to completely satisfy ALL DEBT, it will not be seen as "diluting" but as redeeming. In the case of BRTXQ, therefore, the price would, again, most likely rise with this very limited increase in A/S. IMO
