Track, I always like your commentary and trust me I know you don't pull punches. You always tell it like you see it good or bad.

I am sure there are more challenges ahead for DSG, but they are paying for a lease and have readied the location for EV cars and training. No clue if the first order is a week or a month away, but I am fairly certain it is coming.

Good for you for taking the initiative to call another business in another suite.
