Here's an update:

Bioamber is paying royalties on the production of 100k mt/y. Sarnia is capable of 30k mt/y. So according to the non assert it comes from one of the following OTHER THAN THE SARNIA PLANT:

1. Plant owned by Bioamber
2. Plant owned by a Bioamber affiliate
3. or Licensed Bioamber Related Entities

Here's a further update:

Bioamber is definitely paying MCC. Is it for fantasy corn sludge royalties? Or real corn sludge royalties?

Here's an update to the further update:

If Bioamber or a Bioamber Affiliate owns a plant; please pick out all the parts to it in the APA and identify which parts belong to Sarnia and which parts belong to the other plant.
If it's a Licensed Bioamber Related Entity producing the sludge (AKA JV with CJCJ) please point to the 30% (min) 50% (max) equity ownership in the ASSET purchase agreement. Specific page numbers in the APA would be appreciated. I'll wait...
