CCEL--It's good to see the Duke PR and the market's reaction even though the deal hasn't closed yet. Unless the CEOs are excited about something else, their recent buys indicate they think it will close. CCEL already a more substantive company than most OTC listed companies and licensing Duke's umbilical stem cell IP would provide huge upside potential. Hard to say if the stock would jump more if/when a closing is announced or if buyers would wait for more tangible progress developing and monetizing the IP.
