Had communication with company ( Protext) last Thursday. All was well and JV still is a go. They say news soon. I tried to pin down exact time but that would be insider info and they would not divulge. It was a good communication and upbeat. They expressed no complications or significant delays that are material. Just keep hanging in there everyone. It’s going to all come together and I personally feel we are in the final stretch definitely. Go TXTM/ RSAMMD $$$
