i hate when i try to buy a stock after a longest dd i had done. and the stock got restricted. like gdki today. i want to buy at 0.09 this morning and scottrade restricted the stock.. anybody know how to avoid this and buy what i want to buy?? does the broker restrict the stock or the company it self??
