You're wrong. The new owners are going to want to own the majority of shares and with the unrestricted shares out, they won't unless they issue themselves shares, which they can't because the A/S is almost maxed out.

Besides, dilution is the only way to raise cash for operations or acquisitions. So, it's either one or the other.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
