Also, Grey Sheet stocks cannot be shorted. This is a benefit in that unreasonable plunges in share values are minimal because broker-dealers and other investors cannot short the stocks by law.
Too hell with CDEL, ASCM and others.
This stock was targeted by market manipulators. Shorts were gonna get crushed. Well....we shall rise now
