One more indictment.

Then some reconstruction of accounts. Most brokerages did not retain records after so long. They didn't know the background of what and how.


Since September is coming up for lawyer, any recent news of the "one more indictment"? I am looking in "My favor" column longingly. Just for grins does the doj investigation affect any previous agreements made concerning the DTC and their responsibility for their misleading the brokerages, and therefore shareholders?
