it could also be that the when petar was asked if he wanted to retract any pr's because they were false & he said no, he actually thought they meant were they "true" & he said no. why this stock is still trading is amazing to me. how petar & steve stay out of jail imho would be more amazing. the osc might not have jurisdiction over the sec here but i can't see why they would be involved if they didn't have some powers.
