So all volume on the OTC is retail? How dumb can one be.

I guess MM's only make money via commissions? How can that be when some brokers don;t even charge commissions anymore? Hmmm, almost like they make money selling the ask and buying the bid with shares they hold no inventory in, how is that possible?
