There is a huge difference in "notes are paid off" and those conversion shares coming to the market.

That's what people constantly fail to realize in the OTC. Companies always use the bullshit line of "no more dilution" or "notes are paid off" all while those 100's of millions (sometimes billions) of shares that were issued to pay off debt are now in the hands of toxic lenders, and they can dump those shares whenever they want. And toxic lenders absolutely have the firepower and know-how to manipulate the price. But mostly, they just come to market with those shares at any price because they received those shares at a 40% to 60% discount to current market value.

Today's action looks like toxic lenders dumping shares. There simply isn't this kind of dumping firepower in retail or manipulators. I just pray to God the dumping slows up and we can get a decent bounce here. Then, like Kevin likes to say on SharkTank...I'm out.
