Why did we just see all these trades filled at .0148s on the ASK, but the "ASK" size remained at 10,000 and did not take it up to .0149???

I just witnessed several hundred thousands of shares filled in the T&S at 0148, yet the ASK size did not move up to 149!

Very Strange plays going on with these MMs!
