Banger, Fuel Cells can also be used to augment and "smooth out" the electric supply. And hydrogen can be used to store power just like batteries.

I am asking Duke to provide their decision making and if they considered Fuel Cells. If there is a flaw for Duke, there may be a flaw for other potential customers or applications.
