The class action lawsuit claim for NETE shareholders is based on Mullen Corp as a private company makes it unclear for NETE shareholders to determine whether 15% offered ownership is a good value. I think this is an amazing deal for NETE shareholders based on appraisal value for Mullen(about $500mm). But just the fact that the attorneys have muddied the water creates uncertainty about the final vote outcome, which I believe has caused this delay. RXMD management has to sit on S-1. If this deal wasn’t pending we would have had a July 31 filing and up list. Olig is doing his job, trying to create value for his shareholders. Attorneys are doing what they do, trying to line their pockets. The delay chases out the traders. More waiting.
