JUST A THOUGHT...there are so many investors with 20M, 50M, 100 Million share holders...that might not allow the PPS to max out, due to their reaching their sell positions...and monkeying with the PPS...only similar types of buys, vs large sells, can help the PPS reach its peak...

Spacious selling of large holdings in smaller increments can help to stabilize the PPS... jmho
