There's been much speculation as to why Ms. Mars left RXMD. IMO, it was her choice to leave and she may have caught the company off guard.
Why do I think this? She's young(33), with one child and almost lost her life last year. Events like that can change your priorities.
Why now? She accomplished her goal for the company. Whether that means an M&A, the S1 or both, it was something that also secured her financial future as the owner of 12 million shares.
Now we are on hold until the company can share this information.
I don't believe we've seen the last of Ms. Mars either. She was a consultant to the company prior to being hired & I see no reason why she couldn't return in that capacity.
So, lets see what happens. No matter what, RXMD has a bright future!
