Jef sends monopoly money to Sands of $4M.
Sands buys diluted sharesat a depressed price with his own money.
The $4M deal is cancelled by both parties.
$4M "returns" to BBRW, and buyback is assumed possible.
Stock price blows up on good news.
Sands sells his shares, Jef dilutes some more.
Everybodys happy.
