I’m not reading it as another reverse split of 10-1. The wording is a bit ambiguous, but it seems more beneficial than it would hurt us. It’s says based on the “effectiveness “ of the split... that we would receive one common share for every 10 we owned prior to split.

Is anyone else reading it that way?
