So i got on the phone about 3:40PM because I dint want to miss the call or didnt want to be left out if lines where full...didnt want to take any chances...At about 3:50 someone phone rings(Arts) and he in the backround talking to this person while I would assume setting up the cc lines etc...Im not sure what the person asked him...but it clearly said, "WE ARE PETITIONING THE SUSPENSION"...Then about 3:55 a a master distributer/affiliate comes on they go over what they wanted to discuss on the CC...At 4PM, he asked and did a sound check asking if anyone can hear him...No one did at first cause he had everything muted and then figured it out and unmuted the lines....He said he would be back around 4:30 to start the conference...THAT IS WHAT HAPPENED...100% ACCURATE....SO, THEY ARE PETITION THE SUSPENSION RENDERED BY THE SEC....FACT!
