Roadman Investments Receives Notice of Hearing from Alberta Securities Commission

Vancouver, British Columbia - TheNewswire - August 24, 2020 - The Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") has issued a Notice of Hearing dated August 17, 2020, alleging that Roadman Investments Corp. (TSXV:LITT) (FWB: 1QD) (the "Company") and its Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer, Luke Montaine, made misleading or untrue statements, or which failed to state a fact required or necessary to make a statement not misleading, that would reasonably be expected to have a significant effect on the market price or value of the Company's securities. The statements are alleged to have been made in news releases issued on February 12 and 14, 2020, and on March 2, 13, and 26, 2020.

The allegations have not been proven.
