To be honest they couldn't say much publicly about the suspension. I'm sure their attorney shut that down while it being looked into.

Also if everything was fraudulent I can't see them still taking orders after the SEC stepped in. That would compound any fraud charges. Also if they lied to us during the CC that to would compound any future fraud charges. I believe what was said to be true till proven false.
