Does the RX3000 have FDA clearance? I've seen that said of the RX400, but don't recall seeing it with the RX3000.

IF - FDA approved devices need be manufactured by FDA approved manufacturers - how was Vystar supposedly making the RX3000 themselves as stated in the May 7th PR?

Pretty sure the Rotman's warehouse isn't an FDA approved site!
