If you watched the interview that was posted earlier with the name change, the viewer gets a false sense of security that this company IS currently, making sugars and ethanol. Only at lab scale, but not commercially or industrially which is highly misleading. Current mgmt has continued with the same misleading statements, yet when asked to provide new factual information on how they are different...silence.

To me, 3629 is really important if take a step back and understand everything else that is going on in the world. Have you noticed the enormous push towards EVs since this pandemic? Tesla, Nikola, NIO, KANDI TEch, LI Tech, are just the beginning. XPing is another coming to market. Nikola hasn't even made a truck yet and is at $40! Hydrogen fueled vehicles, storage, EV battery charging stations... the landscape is changing. Those few corn ethanol producers that do remain open will dominate whatever is left and now they can add GEVO tech to their process to make bio-isobutanol. These guys continue to push a tech that they themselves are not even in yet, let alone commercially or industrially. They aren't able to save a dying industry because they aren't in it. Check out Renewable Fuels standard, RINS and Fed EPA and tell me there's a future. They are closing plants...not building them!Companies would rather PAY (RINS) fees than blend ethanol with gas.
Big petro chemical companies are already investing heavily in recycled plastics technology and bioplastics. Just look at the names;

I said it before...getting involved in NREL would go a long way in validating this company, but they haven't and likely won't because everyone else in the biz pretreats with something to break ligno bonds.
Face it..you've learned more about this business from my posts than they have given you about theirs.
