Easy. If Medtronic has an agreement to buy Titan it is required to be disclosed. This is not a “done deal” by any means. Titan needs to continue to run the business and tell their story. Even Medtronic does this. Most public companies go to conferences to tell their story. It does not mean they are doing a raise or anything else. It’s what they are paid to do. Going to a conference does not equal “look for investors “.
