Rob, it's Delaware law - it goes to clarifying posting perspectives so folks can cut through the incessant barrage of JPS posters.

Once Delaware law is understood, over 75% of JPS posting is moot ... their last leg is now Lamberth, which really is a super long shot ...

Bove ... doesn't expect the junior preferred shares to be converted into common shares or full payment of par value on preferreds

They will also want to see value created for common shareholders. .
