So my point is this...even if the company is diluting...so what? We are still in pinkyland, where dilution is an everyday occurence. Do I think that the dilution will affect any sort of run up in PPS if/when we get news of a completed merger? NO, I do not. The numbers that Andrew provided are not current, he said so himself and he will tell you if you ask. So please do not be naive to think that the float is still at 53 million. My guess is that the float is no higher than 150 million. Which will still allow for the possibility of a very strong run, when you consider that LFZA-USSE had a float of 500-600 million...
Just because Andrew is saying that they are NOT currently diluting, does not mean that they have not already diluted. I don't know of any pinksheet companies that do not dilute shares...I doubt that FCCN is the exception.
