Nevada corp filings and offices in Canada, particularly in British Columbia can be a flag for a small company.

The good news is that as far as I can see, HMGP doesn't fit this profile.

Although, transfer agents housed in Utah was part of the profile and HMGP's transfer agent is in Utah.

Probably not a problem as I think the flag comes from all of these elements coming together for one company which does not seem to be the case with HMGP.

Any thoughts?
