I was cautioned here and before I joined iHUB about corps. filing in Nevada.
Nevada corporate law affords the individuals in control of a company to make significant decisions without first notifying or gaining approval from public shareholders.
I've also been told that Florida is another state to be aware of, although I have not investigated this for myself.
Maybe someone could also comment on Florida corp. filings?

P.S. I've also been told that Nevada corps. sometimes are fronts and the company will channel it's assets out-of-country.
