Rob - if I may, I suggest following up on 401kobsessive's post on Delaware law prohibiting one asset class exploiting another if you want to understand more roadblocks to an adverse JPS conversion to commons.

I also brought this up a long time ago and it posses more risk to FHFA and Treasury for further common litigation if there is a predatory conversion.

More reason as to why there will not be a conversion ...

Bove ... doesn't expect the junior preferred shares to be converted into common shares or full payment of par value on preferreds
...
They will also want to see value created for common shareholders. .
