As long as they get the bid to build for a million or so they will dump into it. So keep your power dry and don't chase it. They obviously do not want to push it below .02 but it won't stop them if they need the funds. What it is for and how much they need is anyone's guess. They are dumping again this morning and it is so obvious. If you want in, put your bid in on the low, Your Orders Will Get Filled! I'm hoping to get my average and get the hell out of this right now. Typical OTC pattern, dilute with abandon and then schedule the reverse split. The dilution will destroy the future run potential for this ticker.
