J1989, because the monthly RXMD revenue PRs are formulaic;

They bullet-point 4 or 5 positives but when the Quarterly reports come out they show no profit and huge losses.

Also, RXMD is in the midst of multiple paid stock promotions. Paid stock touting is used when someone needs to sell stock, not to get consumers to visit one of Progressive Care's 4 locations.
