That means David LAZAR may have completely missed a DEAL-DESTROYING "unforeseen" lien on EXBX during some poor or even INEXISTENT "DD" he did (or DIDN'T do?) on EXBX?

Look what just happened with LGBI? (see images #2 and #3 below?)

P.S.: In image #2, "unforeseen" actually means "LAME and INCOMPETENTLY-MADE due diligence" by David LAZAR?
