Already discussed this issue with Mark this auditor change shouldn't cause issues with the 10K. Here is his response.

Better timing this time -- they are giving themselves time for the 10-K with a new auditor. Verus has a very long history of last minute filings, so I like the idea that this new firm has offices overseas -- particularly in India.
