I know why you ask. Synergy Update about 2 Colorado custodianship.

MEGH would need a r/s or a AS raised for a merger. If you see the Authorized compared to the Outstanding there is nothing left to issue.

STTX is SOS defunct since 2017. Dept collection in most states is 4 years and i think that in Colorado is 6 years. So STTX will be clean by statue of limitation in 2021 if its 4 years or 2023 if its 6 years.
