I know, they need a lot of CET1 under MC's/WH/UST capital rule to "level the playing field", 4% is WAY TOO HIGH (even though CET1 is less, I know)!

4% is going to start raising the carrying costs of homeownership and renters in the good 'Ol USA, I hope MC/SM comes to their senses, the FA's will probably mention to them.
