Thanks for responding, I know where you are coming from, but he seems so well prepared!

Sure, he can be a little rough around the edges, but I know a guy in my professional world sort of like him, a little flip, a little disliked by most, insulting eveyone all the time including me, able to irritate most, but I still like him, AND even though he doesn't have to work, he is ONE OF THE BEST in his profession.

Plus who cares how people invest their money anyway?

I have been enjoying EVERYONE'S conversations over the years, but only recently have decided to contribute and I am really enjoying and continuing to learn!

You have got to admit, there are so many moving parts, with interactions between, Law, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Mortgages, all subjects I have been investing in and studying fairly intensely for over 1/3 of a Century!

So, I say, if you have a view in Any of those subjects, BRING IT!
