MMers algorithm bought 20k at 0.10 8 second after I bought 5,000 at 0.076 and 5000 at 0.10. They dont have the shares. This indicates that eventually when updates do come out this will explode to the dollars and if there is a squeeze you can double or triple the move. I am betting that we get news in September of a new mega hydro dam project between Albania and Kosovo.
