Nobody knows how long it will take, but it will DEFINITELY take more than a few days.

The S-1 filed by KBLB in 2009 took 5 amendments and 8 months.

The S-1 filed by KBLB in 2014 took 6 amendments and 7 months.

If history is any indication, then there are 4-5 months left before everything is finalized.

In addition, in this COVID environment, almost everything seems to take longer.

I hope it does take that long. That way MAYBE they can get some production out of Prodigy before the offering. That would increase KBLB's value considerably. Which would reduce they dilution and RS ratio.
