My point in case is that IF someone has talked to Ed, and the man himself say's it's any number over the last 228 via the TA then dilution has and did occur. So, in your statement about me not knowing, your wrong because 2 points of fact are established and 1 point of possibility is probable. It's not my imagination, and as far as acting like an ameteur trader....... LOL, perhaps you'll grace me with some of your highly tuned never fail techniques.. ROFL.
The importance of knowing dilution issues is to find out where it stops. I don't care if the company had to do it. I've stated before that I've never seen any evidence that the company didn't use the funds raised for anything other than what appeared to me to be the betterment of the company.
The importance of it is knowing your trade, I.E. when to buy and sell. If indeed the dilution is done, then it's buy time in my eyes, if not..... hold/sell/average down/your decision here.
