ACCR UPDATE

WOWSA.....guys, I am coming up for "air" now. We won...I must look for a new CEO/CFO/SEC by September 20th, 2020.

I believe in Angels. I do. The ANGELS that I believe in have huge majesty wings of pure white feathers, laced in 24k gold. I BELIEVE IN ANGELS!

When I received the call this morning...I verified everything. We are so fortunate, and Access-Power & Co., Inc. will make a VERY RESPECTABLE presentation.

NO ONE believes in me. I believe in myself, and I own almost 63% of all the common stock in here.

I DO.

I am the guardian of the ACCR Treasury. I have been since March 1, 2012. This was over 8 years ago. I have never issued nor traded stock for sale during this time. NEVER. Oh, yes! I do believe in Angels..................................we have been through such a long journey. A very long journey.

PLEASE READ MY POST # 549 - and maybe you can somehow understand my commitment to this Company.

I will make deals. I am very interested in making deals, but I am not going to hand over the DIRECTORSHIP to someone else, and relinquish everything before the work is done? No way----> this was the best deal offered to ACCR, and we are not interested in bad deals.



I have them right where I want them...back to my search for a CEO/CFO/SEC for the committee announcement on September 20th, 2020.
