I use Scanz for all my scanning, and level 2, etc and they just had a network outage about 20 min ago, so I am flying blind right now. E-Turd sucks....but I guess i could load their crappy L2 lol.
But to what you were saying.. Why on earth would anybody sell this stock at 1.70? dont get it.
