There is absolutely NO DOUBT, that a reverse split is coming.

It was announced at the shareholders meeting last year (where a vote was held).

It was stated in the original S-1.

It was stated in multiple filings to the Wyoming Secretary of State.

It is now stated in the amended S-1A.
