Until the stuff actually sells or they have a bonafide offer its all speculation as to the realizable value. And the speculation of what the reality will be is primarily reflected in the discount the unsecured notes are trading at....a 99% discount. The market has pretty much no expectation that the unsecured debt will be kept whole.

...and we know what that means for equity.
