Many companies do and can issue a correction and retract etc. but I think the sec. may be looking at this as though it was written to manipulate the stock price. So RBII can argue that the stock did not really go up so much at that time which is true etc. and hope they did NOT pay anyone to pump or promote this stock etc etc. they should and RBII will just be fine. This just may even end up very well unless there's more we ain't seeing...
