When a company uplists "correctly", the share price just melts upward.

GMGI has probably engaged an investment bank to do the capital raise. Said bank probably has a prospectus and is circulating it around to their clients. Prospectus' have estimated market values, i.e., we project this company to be worth $150M or ~$8 per share considering the current float.

Prospectus value = "X"; current share price tend to rise up to that level, and oftentimes overshoots it.

But be forewarned, many stocks will trade highest just before the uplist than they do on the other side (Nasdaq).
