Exactly. They want to demoralize, and fake shareholders out. So that when it actually does run and stick, everyone will think it's just another quick spike and be inclined to sell there. This shaking tactic isn't necessarily to try and grab shares at the low, from frustrated people, it's to get people to sell when the fake top hits. It's theater to shake at that price. All my opinion.
