If and when a contract for the QDX HealthID is announced then it will go up.

IF and when significant news comes out of India then it will go up.

If and when an anti-counterfeiting contract is announced then it will go up.

If and when a significant company advancement is announce then it will go up.

The bets are laid the wheel is spinning.

Your odds of hitting are far better then they were a year and a half ago, JMHO!
