As of December 31, 2006. If you are a current or past shareholder of WW Energy Inc.
(WWNG). Or a "share holder to be", in the newly formed Nevada corporation of WW Oil & Gas Inc., in the form of a gifted dividend, from a position in Biogenerics Limited (BIGN).
If any, or all of the above, apply to you, I would like to have your input, and possible future signature and current total share position as of 12-31-06.
I am currently preparing for a formal shareholder inquiry statement to be presented to
WW Energy Inc., on January 08, 2007. Either by personal presentation, with prior WW Energy Inc. consent, for a formal Q&A session. Or by US Postal Certified Mail, with signature delivery receipt confirmation. I have to see what my schedule will permit me to accomplish, and when.
Also, I can calculate odds, in my head, for almost anything, in amazing timely fashion. But my grammer and composition skills are out of practice since my college paper writing
days. So anyone out there, please feel free to perform any proofreading, on what you see so far.

(1) How come WW Energy Inc. did not notify the share holders of the increase in the total authorized shares
allowed by the Delaware Div. of Corporations, on June 22, 2005? An increase of 300,000,000
(2) Who is the current Transfer Agent for WW Energy Inc.? Is it still: Deposit Guaranty Insurance Corp., Dickinson, TX 77539
(3) Is it possible for WW Energy Inc., to grant permission to the current Transfer Agent, to allow release of the current share structure as of January 1, 2007.
(4) Who will be the Transfer Agent for the new WW Oil & Gas Inc., initial SEC filing?
(5) Does WW Energy Inc. still seek a listing on the European exchange, mainly the Frankfort?
(6) Does WW Oil & Gas Inc., seek the same listing.
(7) On what exchange and when will WW Oil & Gas Inc., go public?
(8) Who's name(s) are currently on the operating permits that are necessary to operate wells in both Oklahoma and Montana? As per regulations from the Corporation Commission of the
State of Oklahoma. And in Montana at the DNRC Montana Board of Oil and Gas. And in Texas, with the Railroad Commission of Texas, RRC Dept. Oil and Gas
(9) Did WW Trucking Inc. make their expected 3 million dollars in earnings for 2006?
If not, How much did they make?
(10) Is WW Energy Inc. considering in the next 6 months, merging all it's assets and current joint ventures into the newly formed WW Oil & Gas Inc., based in Nevada?

between January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006 ?
(19) On October 3, 2006 WW Energy Inc. announced that its subsidiary WW OIL & Gas Inc.
has completed the purchase and substantial acquisition of oil properties located in Oklahoma. The transaction recently completed includes a total of 32 oil wells located on
approximately 120 acres of property in Oklahoma. Included in the purchase are 2 producing wells with an additional 30 wells to be re-worked. WW Oil & Gas plans to re-work and have on line an additional 2 oil wells per month until all remaining wells are completed and at full production.
a. Can The details of that purchase be made available? Who sold it to WW Energy Inc.?
b. What stock was used for the purchase, WWNG or BIGN, or future restricted shares in
WW Oil & Gas Inc.
(20) Mrs.Else De Boer, Who is she? What were the determining factors of her becoming President of WW OIL & Gas Inc., and not OLIN GLOVER? Can we have a list of her credentials, and past experience in the oil and gas industry?
(21) Who is the current investor relation firms representing WW Energy Inc., WW OIL & Gas Inc.,?
(22) Will 2007 finally be the year WW Energy Inc., files audited financials with the SEC?
(23) What are the names of all the legal counsel(s), that WW Energy Inc., WW OIL & Gas Inc., have retained at present time, or within the last year?
