The company has been operating on a shoestring budget for years due to the market manipulation of it's SP. I am sure once the SP goes a bit higher Leo will raise some more cash and employ some more people, right now I guess he is sitting tight on the $6 million they have to use them the best possible way to advance this Covid opportunity.
